NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11006798CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM SAMUELSON; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of March, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, JASMINE GROVE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
