NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011068 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and RITA C. HOFFMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RITA C. HOFFMAN; RIDGE GROVES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE; DENNIS J. GRUMMETT; GARY P. LIPKA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.come on March 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 8-2, RIDGE GROVES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BY THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5124, PAGE 1702, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 92-96, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
