NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 12-013943-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEE, AND ALL PARTIES CLAIM INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BETTE JO LIPSEY A/K/A BETTE J. LIPSEY AKA BETTY JO LIPSEY AKA BETTE LIPSEY; MELISSA HENRY; UKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON HOFFMAN; LESLIE LISPSEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LESLIE LISPSEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA HENRY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK “E”, OF HIGHLAND TERRACE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAPR OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
