NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-000814-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and LORRAINE LYNN LE VAR, ET.AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of the East 157.5 feet of Lot 29 lying within 355 feet of the south boundary of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 , in the NE 1/4 Section 29, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, according to the Plat of Pinellas Groves, Inc., recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS that part lying within 50 feet of survey line of SR S-694, Section 1551, as described in Deed Book 1579, page 59, (Clerks Instrument No. 255455A), Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 12705 Park Blvd, Largo, FL 33776-3634
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
