NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-008699-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-12, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, is Plaintiff, and CLARK W. ENGLE, JR A/K/A CLARK W. ENGLEJR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 421, OF THE WAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14342, AT PAGE 2366, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 136, AT PAGES 100-104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
