You are notified that an action to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
SUNSET GARDENS Lot 35, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 041, Page 006, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a Parcel No. 24/29/15/87696/000/0350, a/k/a 2134 Catalina Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33764,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James W. Denhardt, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2700 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, on or before March 25, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
