YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, STONEHEDGE RESIDENTS' INCORPORATED, herein in the following described property:
LAKE TARPON VILLAS CONDO BLDG 3, Unit 112 aka Unit 3-102, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 117, Pages 96-100, subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LAKE TARPON VILLAS, as recorded in O.R. Book 9434, Pages 2172-2222, and any amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2587 Cyprus Drive, Unit 102, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 3-28-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
