NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-000806, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and SHEBELLA SMALLS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of March, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED IN OR 10860, PAGE 1448, BLOCK 10, CHILDS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 93, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
