HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and STACY HOWELL A/K/A STACY L. HOWELL; HENRY HOWELL A/K/A HENRY A. HOWELL, JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; ALLY FINANCIAL INC. F/K/A GMAC INC.; CLERK OF COURTS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s).
