NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2016 and entered in 15-005987-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST SERIES 2006-6 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and ALBERTA EDWARDS A/K/A ALBERTA J. EDWARDS A/K/A ALBERTA JOHNSON ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERTA EDWARDS A/K/A ALBERTA J. EDWARDS A/K/A ALBERTA JOHNSON ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
