NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015-009874-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ORANGE CAPITAL FUNDING LLC, is the Plaintiff, and GILBERTO NAVIDAD, et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on March 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 1203, BUILDING NO. 12, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1389, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
