YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, In and for Pinellas County for the minor child born February 20, 2009 to Sardis Nunez. You are hereby notified that you must file a written response to the Termination of Parental Rights of the minor child with the Clerk of Circuit Court, located at Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. Your written response, including the case number given above and the names of the parties, must be filed if you want the Court to hear your side of the case within 28 days, on or before 3-25, 2016. If you do not filed your written response on time, you may lose the case, and any parental rights you may have regarding the minor child may be terminated thereafter without any further warning from the Court. There are other legal requirements. You may want to call an atttorney right away. If you do not know an attorney, you may call an attorney referral service or legal aid office, or you may be entitled to have the Court appoint legal counsel to represent you in this action. If you choose to file a written response to the Court, you must also mail or take a copy of your written response to:
