NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-000090-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH VELA, DECEASED; PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; VIRGINIA VELA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-2 IN BUILDING NO. 506 OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE IX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5580, PAGES 676 THROUGH 741, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 1 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5584, PAGE 828 THROUGH 853, INCLUSIVE, AND FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5631, PAGE 1835 THROUGH 1851, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 98 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO, AND THE RIGHT TO USE IN COMMON WITH OTHERS AN EASEMENT - FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5631, PAGE 1832 THROUGH 1834, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
