NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2016 entered in Case No. 2013-009977-CI-013, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUSTEE 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4, is the Plaintiff, and CARI REAGIN A/K/A SARA SANDERS REAGIN A/K/A CARI S. REAGIN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LESLIE D. REAGIN, III, A/K/A LESLIE DYER REAGIN, III, DECEASED, MEREDITH L. REAGIN, LESLIE D. REAGIN, IV, JAMES R. REAGIN and SHARON L. REAGIN, are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on March 15, 2016, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
That part of Tract A of SUNSET BAY, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 76 and 77, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows; Begin at the Northwest corner of Tract A, of said SUNSET BAY; run thence South 1°23'52” West along the seawall line 72.73 feet; thence North 86°01'32” East 301.24 feet to the East line of said Tract A; thence North 1°23'52” East, along the Easterly line of Tract A 101.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract A; thence Westerly along the North boundary of said Tract A to the Point of Beginning.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
