NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated February 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-009333-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and forPinellas County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION ON WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and SHOBHNA S. HASANADKA, is Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1107 OF HARBOR LIGHT TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4171, PAGE 997, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1270 Gulf Blvd, #1107, Clearwater, FL 33767.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
