NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-001002 CI , of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CETIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST is Plaintiff and LAUREN N. DABULE AKA LAUREN DABULE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREN N. DABULE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VILLAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND ACCORDING TO MAP ORPLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION DATED APRIL 13, 1979 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4846, PAGE 395, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
