NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-001863-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB DBA Christiana Trust as Trustee for HLSS Mortgage Master Trust for the benefit of the holders of the Series 2014-1 Certificates issued by HLSS Mortgage Master Trust is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Boyd; Brandie D. Boyd are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42 AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 41, BLOCK C, PINE BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. MOBILE HOME SERIAL # FLHMBA165347876A AND FLHMBA165347876B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
