NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-007072-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, DRISKELL, NANCY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 23 OF HIDDEN COVE II ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE(S) 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
