Unit 105, Building A, PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and all attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 5130, page 545, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, pages 101 through 103, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 18, 2016.
