NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-002843 CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PRECISION & IMAGINATION, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, RICHARD COLLETTE and KATHLEEN COLLETTE are the Plaintiffs and HENRY B. MORGAN and LAURA L. MORGAN, are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on the 27th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 1; Block D, FIRST SECTION MOUNT WASHINGTON SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
