NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-000249-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kevin Mcternan A/K/A K/ Mcternan; Sherry Sas McTernan; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., a Dissolved Corporation; Fox Chase West Property Owners Association, Inc. ; Fox Lake Townhome Association, Inc. ; Clearquest, Inc. ; Tenant #1; Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, FOX LAKE TOWNHOMES - PHASE C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 31 AND 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
