Phaneuf, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ronald T. Phaneuf A/K/A Ronald Theodore Phaneuf, Deceased; Jacqueline Annette Phaneuf A/Ka/ Jacqueline A. Phaneuf, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Ronald T. Phaneuf A/K/A Ronald Theodore Phaneuf, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against, Ronald T. Phaneuf A/K/A Ronald Theodore Phaneuf, Deceased; Gertrude Phaneuf; The Unknown Spouse Of Gertrude Phaneuf; The Unknown Spouse Of Robert H. Phaneuf; Robert H Phaneuf; The Unknown Spouse Of Ronald T. Phaneuf N/K/A Patricia Phaneuf; Ronald T Phaneuf; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Winston Park Northeast 200 Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 118, OF WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 200 CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 15-21, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3901, PAGES 307 THROUGH 347 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY; TOGETHER WITH A PARKING SPACE #43
