NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action on February 3, 2016, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.:

Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and go North 89Ëš28'57" West, 1,289.56 feet along the East-West centerline of said Section 3 - centerline of Roosevelt Boulevard (State Road 686); thence North 03Ëš54'00" West, 90.27 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way line of Roosevelt Boulevard, for a Point of Beginning; thence North 03Ëš54'00" West, 101.58 feet; thence North 86Ëš06'00" East, 68.11 feet; thence North 03Ëš54'00" West, 86.00 feet; thence North 86Ëš06'00" East, 61.16 feet; thence North 03Ëš44'03" West, 27.42 feet; thence North 86Ëš25'53" East, 166.31 feet; thence South 03Ëš34'07" East, 236.77 feet to a point on the aforementioned North right-of-way line; thence North 89Ëš28'57" West, 295.16 feet along said right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.

Commence at a bronze disk in steel box on survey line of State Road 686 marking the center of said Section 32; thence North 89Ëš57'42" West, 994.45 feet along said survey line to the East lot line of said Lot 12; thence North 04Ëš02'52" West, 90.23 feet along said lot line to the North existing right-of-way line of Project 15580-2601 for a Point of Beginning; continue thence North 04Ëš02'52" West, 124.00 feet along said lot line; thence South 68Ëš01'33" West, 124.55 feet; thence South 00Ëš02'18" West, 77.00 feet to said right-of-way line; thence South 89Ëš57'42" East, 124.31 feet along said right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning. LESS existing rights-of-way.
