NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2015, and entered in 13-006608-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WESTSTAR MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and PETER E. RABA; KWI Y. RABA; WRENSWAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 K/N/A PETER RABA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 K/N/A KWI RABA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 24, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, WRENS WAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
