NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 9, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 42 and the North 5 feet of Lot 43 of EMERALD HILL ESTATES according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46 at Page 18 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

shall be sold by the Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court, on the 19th day of April, 2016, online beginning at 10:00am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
