NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-004220-CI of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Special Master Walt Driggers, III, of Soldnow, LLC d/b/a Tranzon Driggers, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale conducted on site at 1740 N. Fort Harrison Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755, on the 24th day of March, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block 5, North Shore Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the portion occupied by Ft. Harrison Avenue on the East and LESS AND EXCEPT the following:
Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, run thence East along the North line of said Lot, 51.0 feet; thence Southerly at an angle of 84°50' to the right 63.7 feet to the South line of said Lot 1; thence Westerly along the South line of said lot, 54.02 feet to the Westerly line of said lot; thence Northerly along said Westerly line 58.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
