NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated February 23, 2016, and entered in case No. 15-006272-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2014A is the Plaintiff and ADOLFO GONZALEZ, GUSTAVO GONZALEZ, THOMAS M. FRANK, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA and MH LENDING, LLC are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on APRIL 8, 2016, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1934 45TH STREET SOUTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33775 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
