NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005159-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF NATIXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2007-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA C. TRETTER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block “C”, GOLDEN GROVES UNIT THREE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 118, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 10830 100th Avenue, Seminole, 33772
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
