From a Point of Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 20, run N. 44 deg. 28'56”E., 47.72 feet; thence S. 45 deg. 37'34”E., 46.48 feet; thence S. 87 deg. 52'08” E., 20.58 feet to the South line of said Lot 20; thence S. 69 deg. 10'52” W., 37.37 feet to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 20; thence N. 76 deg. 33' 01” W., 53.79 feet to the Point of Beginning.
