NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 49, of THE COURTYARDS I AT GLENEAGLES, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Pages 39 through 41, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2107 Clover Hill Road, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 8, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
