NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2016, and entered in 15-004993-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and BELINDA HENDERSON; BARRON HENDERSON; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DISCOVER BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
