NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-004976-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THAT CERTAIN POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 1999, RELATED TO METROPOLITAN ASSET FUNDING, INC., II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1999-B, is Plaintiff and KRISTINE E. ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTINE E. ALLEN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, FIRST ADDITION TO PINE OAK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 70 AND 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
