YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
“THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 20-D, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 62 THROUGH 65 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4150, PAGES 597 THROUGH 643, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.”
