NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008931 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Silenia Alfonzo, Tenant #1 n/k/a Merary O'Neil, Tenant #2 n/k/a Sammy O'Neil, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 43, BLOCK 3, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE IV UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
