NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008914 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WELL FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4, is the Plaintiff and TIFFANY LORAYA GREEN and RIVERWALK AT WATERSIDE ISLAND TOWNHOMES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., et al., are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on May 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
