NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-000180 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DEBORAH JUNE HUFFMAN AKA DEBORAH J. HUFFMAN, VANTAGE POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., VANTAGE POINT CONDOMINIUM OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., NEWSOUTH WINDOW, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, OAK TREE RESOURCES, SUSQUEHANNA COMMERCIAL FINANCE, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH JUNE HUFFMAN AKA DEBORAH J. HUFFMAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 714, Vantage Point, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 15234, Page 601, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
