NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-003768 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GMAT LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2013-1, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and MARC COWART, NATALIE GONZALEZ, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, MICHELLE COWART, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A HARVEY MAXWELL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC COWART, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATALIE GONZALES N/K/A MARXUS JOHNSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 36, FIFTH ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
