NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-006062-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DINESH DILALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DINESH DILALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMRAJIE DILALL; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RAMRAJIE DILALL; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAMESH DILALL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK J, OF PLEASURE WORLD PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 73-74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
