NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 29-2014-005890-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HOUSING OPPORTUNITY PARTNERS REO, LLC, is the Plaintiff, IRVIN GREEN; TRACY GREEN A/K/A TRACY HOLMES; STATE OF FLORIDA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, et al.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 5th, 2016, at 10:00 AM through the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
