SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO DIAZ A/K/A EDUARDO L. DIAZ; VILMA DIAZ A/K/A VILMA G. DIAZ; SUNTRUST BANK. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
