NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 02, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020861 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida, wherein GREENWICH INVESTORS XLIII TRUST 2013-1 is the Plaintiff and ANITA BENOIT; JERMANIE BENOIT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash , at WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10AM EST on the 20TH day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 15, GREEN RIDGE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
