NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-006627 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and ERIC MARSHALL A/K/A ERIC MARHSALL, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
East 1/2 of Lot 21 and all of Lot 22, Block 28, Map of Virginia Park, according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 2, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Property Address: 3905 West Bay To Bay Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33629
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
