NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-003390 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. FELLER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 11, BLOCK 7, WESTCHESTER PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE(S) 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 11223 Cypress Reserve Drive, Tampa, FL 33626
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
