UNIT #120, of SUNCOAST MOBILE MANOR, A COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) as recorded in Official Records Book 8868 at Pages 1688 through 1739 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida commonly known as Lot #120, SUNCOAST MOBILE MANOR, 7490 - 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33709, Parcel ID# 06-31-16-86378-000-1200, together with the 1960 MIRE mobile home located thereon, VIN #2235 with title no. 691297,
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 22, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
