NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-010256-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 9813, DATED MAY 31, 2013; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 9813 DATED MAY 31, 2013; PHILIP J. GENTILE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, HALLMARK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
