NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-000440-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7, is Plaintiff and THOMAS J. FREED; KALLIE FREED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVE DONALDSON IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, BIG ACRES, UNIT G, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
