NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-004550-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., HOMEBANK MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2004-2, Plaintiff, and ANDERS FREDRICK BASTMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A NICOLE HAMPE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 A/K/A JEFFREY HAMPE;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of April, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, GROVE LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
