NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23rd, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-000114-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A, Plaintiff and GARY JONES AKA GARY H JONES, DECEASED; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 am on this April 8th, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
