NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 10-010639-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERSOF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QX1 is Plaintiff and CORINNE RUDZ, CITY OF TREASURE ISLAND, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CORINNE RUDZ, ANNA KOKOLAKIS, JOSEPH J KOKOLAKIS, MARSHA M. PETRUS, STATE OF FLORIDA- DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, TELEFLORA, LLC, TUCKER, ALBIN & ASSOCIATES, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE PARADISE ISLAND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of April, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, First Addition Paradise Island, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 22-23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
