NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-010023-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and JEREMY ANTHONY GULICK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF TAZ GULICK A/K/A TAZ ANTHONY GULICK, DECEASED, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 4, NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1130 57th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
